How do I request a ride?
Open the GlideWay app, enter your pickup location and destination, select a ride type, and tap Request Ride.
How do I become a driver?
Apply at glidewayride.com/driver/apply, complete background check consent, upload required documents, and wait for activation approval from GlideWay.
How do I pay for a ride?
GlideWay accepts credit cards, debit cards, and GlideWay Wallet. Payment is automatically processed after each trip.
What is the SOS feature?
The SOS button in the app sends your live location and trip details to emergency services and GlideWay Safety Support.
How do drivers get paid?
Drivers receive weekly payouts to their connected bank account, with instant cash out available for qualified drivers.
How do I report a safety incident?
Tap the Help or Safety menu in the app during or after a trip to submit an incident report. GlideWay Safety reviews all reports.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes. In the app, select Schedule a Ride and choose your preferred pickup time and date.
Is my data secure?
GlideWay uses encryption, secure payment processing, and strict privacy policies to protect all user data.
