Important Notice
As a GlideWay driver-partner, you are an independent contractor, not an employee of GlideWay LLC. This means you control when, where, and how you work. GlideWay provides the technology platform to connect you with riders but does not direct your work activities.

How you're protected when riders cancel
When Riders Cancel Late
If a rider cancels after the 5-minute free window and you have already accepted the trip, you will receive compensation for your time and fuel.

Zero Tolerance Violations
The following will result in immediate deactivation:
Account Deactivation
When and why accounts may be deactivated
GlideWay may deactivate driver accounts for the following reasons:
Low Rating
Average rating falls below 4.6 stars for extended period
High Cancellation Rate
Cancelling more than 10% of accepted rides
Policy Violations
Violating terms of service or community guidelines
Safety Concerns
Reports of unsafe driving or behavior
Document Expiration
Failure to update expired licenses or insurance
Background Check Issues
New information discovered during periodic checks
Appeals: Drivers may appeal deactivation decisions within 30 days by contacting driver-support@glidewayride.com with relevant documentation.

Acceptance of Agreement
By activating your GlideWay driver account or providing services through the GlideWay platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Driver Partner Agreement, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. This agreement may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
