Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Glideway LLC ("Glideway," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, driver platform, rider services, and related technologies (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

By creating an account or using Glideway services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Description of Services

Glideway is a technology platform that connects independent driver-partners with riders seeking transportation services. Glideway does not provide transportation services directly.

Ride-hailing and transportation matching
Real-time GPS tracking and navigation
Secure in-app payment processing
Driver and rider rating systems
Customer support services
Driver onboarding and verification
Fare calculation and pricing
Promotional offers and referral programs

Eligibility

To use Glideway services, you must:

1.Be at least 18 years of age
2.Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
3.Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
4.Not have been previously banned or removed from the platform
5.Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Glideway reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Rider Terms

As a rider using Glideway services, you agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and destination information
Be ready at the designated pickup location
Treat drivers with respect and professionalism
Not engage in unsafe or illegal behavior during rides
Pay all applicable fares, fees, and charges
Not request rides for unaccompanied minors
Provide honest ratings and feedback
Report any safety concerns promptly
Not damage driver vehicles
Comply with driver instructions for safety

Driver Terms

Driver-partners on the Glideway platform are independent contractors, not employees of Glideway LLC. As a driver, you agree to:

Licensing & Documentation

  • Maintain a valid driver license in your jurisdiction
  • Maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance
  • Pass and maintain background check requirements
  • Keep all documents current and accurate
  • Notify Glideway of any changes to your driving status

Vehicle Standards

  • Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and in good working condition
  • Meet Glideway vehicle requirements for your service tier
  • Complete required vehicle inspections
  • Not allow unauthorized persons to use your driver account

Service Standards

  • Treat all riders with dignity and professionalism
  • Follow safe driving practices at all times
  • Not discriminate against riders for any reason
  • Complete accepted rides to the best of your ability
  • Provide honest ratings and feedback

Independent Contractor Notice

Drivers are not employees of Glideway. Glideway does not control how, when, or where drivers work. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

Payments & Fees

Rider Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and applicable surcharges. By requesting a ride, you authorize Glideway to charge your payment method.

Driver Earnings

Drivers earn a percentage of each fare as determined by Glideway's current pricing structure. Glideway retains a service fee from each completed trip.

  • Earnings are deposited according to your selected payout schedule
  • Glideway reserves the right to adjust fare structures with notice
  • Disputed earnings must be reported within 30 days
  • Glideway may withhold earnings pending investigation of policy violations

Cancellations & Refunds

Ride Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

Free Cancellation

Riders may cancel within 5 minutes of submitting a ride request without any charge.

Cancellation Fee

After 5 minutes, a $5.00 cancellation feewill automatically be charged to the rider's payment method. This fee compensates the driver for their time and fuel.

Automatic Notifications

When a rider cancels after a driver has accepted the ride:

Driver receives immediate cancellation notification
Rider receives cancellation confirmation
Driver receives compensation for their time
Record stored for service quality tracking

1.Riders may cancel a ride free of charge within five (5) minutes of submitting a ride request
2.Cancellation fees compensate drivers for time, fuel, and availability commitments
3.Repeated abuse of the cancellation system may result in account restrictions or suspension
4.GlideWay reserves the right to modify cancellation fees based on local regulations or market conditions
5.By requesting rides, riders authorize GlideWay and Stripe to process applicable cancellation fees

Safety & Conduct

Glideway is committed to the safety of all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Physical or verbal harassment of any user
Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or disability
Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Requesting or offering illegal transportation services
Sharing account credentials with others
Fraudulent use of promotions or referral programs
Providing false information during registration
Unauthorized recording of riders or drivers
Making threatening or abusive communications
Damaging another user's property

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action. Glideway cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Glideway platform are owned by Glideway LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy or reproduce our platform
You may not reverse-engineer our technology
You may not use our branding without written permission
You may not scrape or harvest platform data

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIDEWAY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Glideway is a technology platform, not a transportation provider
Drivers are independent contractors, not Glideway employees
Glideway does not guarantee ride availability at all times
Glideway is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or weather
Glideway is not liable for personal property left in vehicles

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of Glideway services will be handled as follows:

Direct Resolution

Contact Glideway support first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Mediation

If direct resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

Binding Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time.

You may close your account by:

  • Contacting support
  • Using in-app account settings
  • Sending a written request

Glideway may terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Safety concerns
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Legal requirements

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Glideway services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Glideway collects and uses data such as trip history, location, contact details, and account information only as needed to operate and improve services.

Glideway does not sell your personal information.

Changes to These Terms

Glideway may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the app or email. Continued use of Glideway services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

International Use

Glideway services are currently available in the United States. Users accessing the platform from outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Glideway makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.
