Terms and conditions for riders using the GlideWay platform
Rider Responsibilities
Accurate Location
Provide correct pickup and drop-off locations
Be Ready
Be at pickup location when driver arrives
Respectful Behavior
Treat drivers with courtesy and respect
Wear Seatbelt
Always wear seatbelt during the ride

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Payment Terms
Fare Calculation
Fares are calculated based on base fare, distance traveled, time duration, and applicable surcharges (tolls, airport fees, surge pricing during high demand).

- - Toll fees (passed through at cost)
- - Airport pickup/drop-off fees
- - Waiting time after 5 minutes ($0.50/min)
- - Vehicle cleaning fee for excessive mess ($50-$150)
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Cancel within 5 minutes of booking at no charge.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations after 5 minutes incur a $5.00 fee to compensate the driver for their time and fuel.
No-Show Policy
If the driver arrives and waits more than 5 minutes without contact, the ride may be cancelled and a no-show fee equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

Rating System
After each ride, you can rate your driver on a 5-star scale. Drivers also rate riders. Maintaining a good rating ensures continued access to the platform.
Note: Riders with ratings below 4.0 may face restrictions or temporary suspension from the platform. Improve your rating by being punctual, respectful, and following rider guidelines.
