Your Responsibilities
Treat all riders fairly and respectfully
Provide transportation without any discrimination
Maintain professional conduct throughout every trip
Respect passenger privacy and confidentiality
Never refuse service based on protected characteristics
Prohibited Conduct
You must NOT:
- ✕Discriminate against riders based on any protected characteristic
- ✕Refuse service to eligible riders
- ✕Charge additional fees because of disability or assistive devices
- ✕Harass or make derogatory comments about riders
- ✕Deny service to riders with service animals
