Violations of this policy result in immediate suspension and potential permanent removal from the GlideWay platform. Your compliance is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Policy Overview
The Rule
You must remain completely free from the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, and impairing substances while using the GlideWay Driver App or transporting passengers.
What is Prohibited
Alcohol • Illegal drugs • Prescription medications that impair driving • Over-the-counter medications that affect safe operation • Any substance that impairs judgment or motor control
Consequences
Immediate temporary suspension • Mandatory safety review • Permanent removal from platform • Referral to law enforcement • Notification to regulatory authorities
Your Responsibilities
Stay Sober
Remain completely sober before, during, and after each trip
Know Your Medications
Understand all side effects of prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs
Immediate Discontinuation
Stop driving immediately if you become impaired for any reason
Full Cooperation
Cooperate fully with investigations and comply with all company decisions
Complete Training
Successfully complete all required safety and compliance training
