Position overview
DevOps / Site Reliability Engineers make sure GlideWay is available whenever riders and drivers need it. You will own deployment pipelines, observability, and incident response, applying security-minded practices throughout.
Production access is granted through role-based access controls based on documented responsibilities, not by title alone.
What you will do
- Maintain production reliability.
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines.
- Run monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Manage infrastructure.
- Improve performance.
- Lead incident response.
- Maintain database and service reliability.
- Apply security-minded operational practices.
Required qualifications
- Experience operating production systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Vercel, Supabase, or Postgres operations.
- On-call and incident-management experience.
