PBSA-Accredited Background Screening

Every GlideWay driver undergoes comprehensive background screening by a PBSA-accredited provider. We review a 7-year criminal history and disqualify drivers with serious offenses.

Driving Record Verification

Annual verification of driving records. We maintain strict standards: 3-year clean driving record minimum, maximum 3 points, and immediate disqualification for DUI/DWI.

Vehicle Inspections

Every GlideWay vehicle passes annual vehicle safety inspections. Vehicles must meet minimum safety standards, have valid registration, and current commercial insurance.

Contact GlideWay support immediately through the app with your trip details. We can help contact the driver and arrange return of your item.

How are prices calculated?

GlideWay uses transparent pricing based on distance, demand, and time. Your fare estimate is provided before you confirm your ride.

Can I report a driver?

Yes. Use the "Report" button in the app after your ride. All reports are investigated by our safety team.

Is my personal information shared with drivers?

Your full name is never shared. Only your first name is shown to drivers. Your phone number remains private with in-app messaging.
