Vehicle Trade Dress Policy

All GlideWay vehicles must display our official branding and trade dress. This policy ensures riders can easily identify GlideWay vehicles and maintains brand consistency across our entire fleet.

Trade Dress Checklist

6-inch minimum branding decals on windows
Roof-top light or illuminated "GlideWay" sign
Interior vehicle identification stickers
License plate frame (if applicable)
Commercial-grade, weather-resistant materials
Professional appearance with no conflicts
Compliance with state and local regulations
Annual renewal and inspection

Policy Details

All GlideWay vehicles must display the GlideWay Trade Dress clearly visible to riders and the public.

Vehicle must have a minimum 6-inch GlideWay branded decal or sticker on the driver and passenger side windows.

A roof-top light or illuminated sign displaying "GlideWay" must be installed and functional during all operating hours.

Interior vehicle identification must include GlideWay branding visible to passengers.

License plate frames with GlideWay branding are required (if applicable by state regulation).

Vehicle must maintain a professional, clean appearance with no conflicting logos or branding.

Driver Responsibilities

  • Maintain trade dress in good condition throughout vehicle operation
  • Report damage or missing trade dress immediately
  • Replace worn or faded branding within 7 days of notice
  • Never modify, remove, or obscure GlideWay branding
  • Ensure trade dress remains visible and clearly identifiable
  • Comply with all vehicle modification regulations

Enforcement and Consequences

Non-compliance with vehicle trade dress requirements may result in vehicle deactivation, driver warnings, or permanent removal from the GlideWay platform. We conduct regular inspections to ensure all vehicles meet branding standards.
